This Refund Policy applies to paid Infer by Flow7 service credits. It does not apply to promotional, referral, or bonus credit and does not reduce rights that applicable law does not allow a customer to waive.
The current Infer operator is identified in the Legal Operator Notice. For transactions completed through Stripe Managed Payments, Sold through Link, LLC (displayed as “Sold through Link”) is the merchant of record for the payment transaction and may process payment support, tax adjustments, refunds, or disputes in accordance with its terms.
You may request a refund of unused, settled paid Service Credits within 14 days after the corresponding funding transaction. If mandatory law gives you a longer cancellation period or broader remedy, that law applies.
The maximum refund is the unused amount attributable to the payment and never exceeds the amount paid for that wallet credit. Pending or uncleared funds, promotional credit, bonuses, referral credit, test credit, fraud adjustments, and non-cash account adjustments are not refundable.
A refund does not permit cash-out of credit received from another person, an unsupported payment method, a chargeback, or an account adjustment.
Infer supplies metered AI inference on request. Before funding, a customer is asked to request immediate access and immediate performance.
If you cancel during an applicable cooling-off period, usage supplied before cancellation remains chargeable to the extent permitted by law. Infer deducts the receipted cost of completed or partially completed requests from the refundable unused balance.
Consumed inference usage is generally final because supplier capacity and model processing are consumed when the request is executed. A request that produces usable output may be chargeable even if your application disconnects before receiving or storing it.
This section does not permit Infer to charge for a duplicate transaction, a manifest metering error, or a request for which no billable service was supplied.
Approved refunds are returned only to the original payment method through Stripe, Link, or the applicable processor. Infer does not send refunds to a different card, bank account, person, wallet, cryptocurrency address, or payment service.
Tax is recalculated or refunded as handled by the merchant of record, payment processor, and applicable law. Currency conversion and exchange-rate movements can cause the amount shown in a local currency to differ from the original local-currency amount. Bank, card, or payment-method fees imposed by third parties are not controlled by Infer and may not be refundable.
Processing time depends on Stripe/Link, the payment method, and the customer’s bank.
Stripe/Link may issue or require a refund in certain circumstances, including transaction-support, consumer-protection, fraud, or chargeback prevention cases. Infer will reconcile a processor-initiated refund, tax adjustment, dispute, or reversal against the wallet and ledger.
A chargeback is not a second refund and does not automatically erase valid usage. If a payment is reversed after Service Credits are consumed, Infer may place the account on hold, remove remaining provisional credits, create a negative balance, offset later funding, and use lawful recovery methods.
Do not submit both a refund request and a payment dispute for the same amount without telling us. Conflicting claims may delay resolution.
Infer may pause a refund while reasonably investigating fraud, account takeover, sanctions, payment abuse, unauthorized credential sharing, AUP violations, or conflicting ownership claims. Infer may request identity, payment, or account verification.
A pause does not eliminate a nonwaivable statutory refund right. Infer will process an eligible amount when the review is complete or sooner when law requires.
Closing an account does not create a right to reverse consumed usage or cash out promotional credit. Eligible unused paid credit may be refunded under this Policy. Infer may retain payment, ledger, tax, refund, dispute, fraud, security, and audit records after closure as described in the Privacy Notice.
Use the workspace refund control when available, or use the Infer support request form, choose “Billing or receipt,” and provide the verified account email.
Include:
Never send a full card number, card security code, banking password, or API secret.
For a valid consumer withdrawal request, any clear statement that you are cancelling is sufficient; use of a specific form is not required unless mandatory law validly requires one. Infer will confirm receipt and process the eligible refund without undue delay and within the legally applicable period.
The legal operator and postal address are stated in the Legal Operator Notice.
